Do you have rock & mineral samples that you would like to find a good home for? Then consider donating them to Rocks for Kids.
The minerals that you donate will be used to enhance our public education program - both in person and on the web. An example of a recent donation is glendonite. We also have received an interesting collection of kimberlite thanks to a generous geologist.
So, if you are:
- moving and cannot take you specimens with you
- downsizing and wish to donate some of your lesser samples for educational purposes
- are reviewing your mineral collection to make room for recent additions
- trying to figure out what to do with rocks & minerals that you inherited or were given
