Reading Log Record Sheet
The following form is to be completed every time a student finishes reading a novel. This sheet is kept at the front of the Reading Log Duo-Tang. Once 20 novels are read, extra sheets can be obtained from the teacher. This form shows the variety of genres read, how many pages in total have been read (YTD - Year to Date) as well as how many novels have been read. Generally novels at the grade 4 level and up are at least 100 pages in length. The Reading Level can be seen on the back of many Junior novels and is indicated by RL.
